Hello again Soul Society residents, and welcome back again to another WoR One v One Battle Blog! It has certainly been a while, I know. My duties now as your Hakuda Sensei have been plenty, but that won't deter me from my loyalty to the Publicists and the 13th Division. Which is why, I have dusted off my old blog writing skills in order to continue this series and start an analysis on powers versus powers and who could win in a fight!

To refresh you all on how it works, I take the powers of one of our site people and the powers of a Bleach character and do a comparison! Of course, if you have any specific person that you'd like to see analysed in the One v One, all you need to do is comment their name and I'll find a match for them, whether it's a site person or a Bleach character! Now, let's gt into the next One v One, Tsuki Ruriko versus Tier Harribel!
 

Tier Harribel - Tiburón

So to start off, we will begin analysing Tier Harribel's powers! Harribel has a water-based resurección called Tiburon. When in her resurección form, Harribel transforms into a very... let's say exposed Arrancar, with many features that look a lot like a shark. Her sword turns into this super big and very thick blade that looks a lot like a shark tooth with a guard and handle that encases her entire hand. In this form, her primary ability is the creation and manipulation of water.

Of her main abilities, one is Trident, where she fires a high-force slash from her sword in a series of three shots, which can split an opponent in half! She also has the ability to immediately boil any source of water with the ability Hiriviendo. Another ability is La Gota which fires rapid shot blasts from her sword that look like sharks teeth, and this power is super deadly, being able to destroy buildings! Her last ability is Cascada which can engulf entire cities in a huge torrent of water!

Tsuki Ruriko - Suijin

Basic but deadly stuff! And now, we take a look at the powers of our own Tsuki Ruriko. Now, since Tier doesn't have a secondary power (that we know of) we will stick with Tsuki's Shikai for this article. Tsuki's zanpakutō is named Sujin which translates to "water god", very powerful aura here! In it's release, the sword remains the same in looks, but seems like it's drenched in boiling water. Without even doing anything, this zanpakutō can fire off shots of pressurised water to hit an opponent!

In this form, Sujin has a nice wealth of abilities like Tiburon. The first being Himitsu no kiri, which can create a giant mist covering a wide area if Tsuki dips it in a body of water. A very useful one for gaining a home field advantage. The next ability, Yari no wa, is her first deadly skill. Pointing the sword to the ground, Tsuki can absorb all the moisture from the plant life and ground, creating water spears behind her to fire at will. The more humidity in the environment, the more spears she can create!

Now for the last two, and one of my personal favourites, Henshin Suijin, an ability that allows Sujin to reshape itself into any weapon, though likely only a bladed one that can be shaped appropriately. Still, a lethal skill to have! Though once a shape is chosen, it must stay that way until her Shikai is put away. Finally, Tsuki's last ability is Mizu no haka, an ability that traps her opponent in a giant sphere of water and makes them drown until she chooses to release them.

Final Battle - Sujin vs Tiburon

So who would win in a battle of this magnitude? Well, I think these two powerhouse women would likely focus much more on pure swordsmanship and pummelling the life out of each other before powers came into play. Tiburon certainly has a greater arsenal for offensive attacking, and it seems both of them have good counters for each ability. However, overall I think Sujin takes the win here. Tiburon's power to boil water seems rather useless in this battle, and Sujin's spears against Tiburon's rapid fire water bolts put the fight at a stalemate.

The only thing that tips the scales in Tsuki's favour is her ability to create mist. This could definitely be used to gain an upper hand in this epic battle and bring out a win. Needless to say, if that Bankai was activated though, Tier is getting wiped. But what do you think?? Comment the winner you root for and let us know who we should analyse next!
