Good time zones to everyone on World of Reapers, and welcome back once again to a series that has a higher demand than even I realised! Today we are pleased to bring to you another edition of the WoR One v One blogs, a series where we explore the powers that the people of WoR have submitted and put them up against fandom characters!

And now, let us proceed to our battle of the week! Last time we had Captain Samejima placing the powers of her Fullbring Kaminari no Shinigami, against Gonryōmaru, the zanpakutō of Lieutenant Chōjirō Sasakibe. Now today, we shall look at a very recent entry into the power archives as Inks Director Maeve Sallow engages in a battle across time against none other than a member of the Bounts, Gō Koga!

Gō Koga - Dalk

SO, to start us off on this analysis is Gō Koga and his doll, Dalk. As some of you may know, Bounts fight by using dolls, called out with a universal command and then their name. Dalk, is a doll made entirely of metal and can manipulate herself in various ways to fight. Not only can Dalk reshape herself into anything else, but also use her own body like projectiles! Not only that, but Dalk can split apart and reform herself at will, making it very tough to attack her and is also immune to fire based attacks.

Dalk also has the unique ability to absorb other metals, making her own body far stronger and bolstering her abilities. Apart from this, she of course comes with enhanced strength and some devastating accuracy to compliment her power, but most likely her personality can be her biggest flaw. Now, Dalk doesn't have any specific abilities of her own, but with power like this, maybe she doesn't even need any!

Maeve Sallow - Auracrowned Ascension

Now that fighter number one has entered the arena, let's move to fighter two, Director Sallow and her dragon, Auracrowned Ascension! It was quite a trial to find a fitting opponent for this dragon, but Dalk seemed to fit perfectly and you're about to see why! When this dragon is summoned, it adorns itself in shining gold armour that weighs insane amounts and acts as both defensive armour and a constant weapon that can be a battering ram that destroys entire structures!

This molten dragon comes with two abilities as well, first Queen’s Release where the entire armour slowly melts off in golden droplets, raining down on enemies and severely burning anyone unfortunate enough to be caught in it. The second ability is Aurumhail, where the dragon's breath is released, but instead of fire it breathes out shards of gold projectiles infused with heat and magic!

Final Battle - Dalk vs Auracrowned Ascension

So, in this great battle of two metallic monsters, who would take the victory? One might think that the win would go to Dalk for her ability to absorb metal and resist heat. With that in mind, not only would the heat of the molten metal not hurt her, but she could possibly also absorb it to make herself even stronger! However, we cannot tell how the magic element would change things. Remember, not only does AA bring heat and metal, but also magic and it's worth remembering that Witch magic is a very different beast to what Bount dolls are used to. So who knows, would Dalk be able to keep absorbing the metal and beat down a dragon, or would Auracrowned Ascension's magic roil inside Dalk and maybe even make her sizzle down to nothingness? Personally, I call this one a fine draw but let us know what you think!
