Ryuji Takanashi - Arrancar Clan Commander

Brittany: Why did you pick this job?
Ryuji: Well, my main reason was that I've always loved cherry equivalents; getting to lead and meet a whole house is exhilaratingly fun. Additionally, I thought Arrancars were super cool. Former hollows with a (usually) mean attitude? That sounded super fun to get into, so I said "why not?'

Brittany: Advice for those debating applying for a job?
Ryuji:I always think about three things: the connection you have to the job, the connection you have to the site and/or people, and the time on your hands. Make sure you're never applying just to get a color! You might be burned out quicker and not cherish the position to its fullest extent. If the fandom or site and job speak to you, go ahead!

Brittany: If you could pick one other job to do, what would it be?
Ryuji:Hmm, I'd probably have to say a Messenger or Scribe! I've always loved writing jobs though now my time for them is rare. With a fandom like Bleach, there's lots of topics for articles and books. Not to mention our lovely chaotic staff.

Brittany: What is one thing about your character that you want people to know about?
Ryuji:I like collecting the tears of students. Just kidding! But yes, I do collect. I collect wine (and manga).
