TAVIS WINCHESTER

Tavis Winchester is a British born human, currently residing in Reverse London and working as an officer for the Inks Division of Wing Bind. At the build up of Wing Bind, in an effort to get more recruits to join and help with the Dragon Crisis, Tavis travelled to the Soul Society to seek help from the East Branch.

Negotiations were going well and Tavis was gaining a steady footing in forging alliances, creating a place for Shin'o Academy students to go to for further educaton and helping the Academy build up its own facilities for further education. However, things quickly went wrong when Tavis forgot about his dragon, Beckett, and the incompatibility of some dragons existing in the Soul Society. Beckett went on a rampage and Tavis discovered that his dragon was actually a Marchen called Frost.

After Beckett's defeat, Tavis returned to Wing Bind for disciplinary hearings and was demoted to a permanent station as an officer in the Inks. Yet still, his efforts to bring Reverse London and the Soul Society flourished and he remains proud of achieving that.
