REVIVAL OF THE SOUL SOCIETY

From the events of the remaking of the Soul King and Head Captain Kaoru returning to the Seireitei, new souls needed to be brought to the Soul Society, as well as Seireitei being rebuilt. Kaoru recognised that this was a task that couldn't only be achieved with Shinigami, help needed to be asked for. So, Kaoru began, first travelling to the Human World and seeking out any Quincies she could find. Thankfully, a few groups of Quincies still existed and, with careful agreement and persuasion, were allowed free entry to the Soul Society. Word of this spread to the ears of Fullbringers across Japan, some of which were eager to sign up and be part of something greater.

Kaoru brought the Quincies and Fullbringers to Seireitei to train independently, and managed to find Soul Reapers in the Human World that escaped the plague, as well as some of the remining noble families. Decades passed and the rebuild was going well, with the remaining young Reapers helping to train new students and the Quincies and Fullbringers becoming Reapers in their own right. However, progress was too slow to handle the volume of students coming in. Kaoru had heard rumours of strange things happening in Hueco Mundo, Hollows fighting other Hollows, not with teeth, but with blades. Kaoru ventured out to Hueco Mundo and found that there were Hollows acting strangely, regaining some of their humanity, tearing off their own masks and becoming Arrancar. This was an opportunity she couldn't pass up, and so Kaoru offered these Arrancar an escape. Become Soul Reapers and live free of being constantly hunted. It took a lot of work, but eventually, a secure channel was opened that connected Hueco Mundo and the Seireitei, allowing Arrancar from Hueco Mundo to escape and choose the Soul Society, should they wish it.

Now the new Soul Society was fully funtioning, comprising of Sinigami, Fullbringers, Arrancar, and Quincies. This change affected the Soul Society so much so that, thanks to the new Soul King, souls that were brought to the Soul Society from the Human World, as well as purified hollows and even pure souls born in Soul Society were now able to independently unlock Quincy, Fullbringers or Arrancar powers, and not only shinigami ones. A true new age begun in the Soul Society.
