THIRTEENTH DIVISION

The thirteenth division of the Gotei 13 is a traditional division highly focused on the human world. It is not only in charge of most of investigations that take place in the Human World, but also in charge of the Substitute Soul Reaper program. The division is also in charge of the recruitment of new officers for the Gotei 13 and as such it is quite interconnected with the 5th Division, who is in charge of the Shin'O Academy.
