PATCHWORKS

The Patchworks are a very peculiar division of the Wing Bind, and another one that doesn' concerns itself with direct action and combat. Instead, the Patchworks are a collection of ingeneers and scientists tasked with creating new technology and study dragons from a biological perspective. It is them who comes up with new ways to use dragon resources, who work in collaboration with the Pipers to better dragon rearing, and it is always them who develop new and better weapon and tools for all Wing Bind officers.
While a high spiritual power is not a particular requirement to enter this division, intelligence surely is, and officers are tested previous to enter. The division also keeps an archive on important informations and monitor the dragon appearances in collaborations with Sabres and Inks.
