BILLIONAIRES

The Billionaires are often considered to merely be the accountants of the Wing Bind, but they are so, so much more. This division is in charge of the budget management and allocation of the whole organization, and it is them who make sure each division is using their resources properly. They are also in charge of paying the salary of every Wing Bind officers and, probably most importantly, they are the logistical squad of the WB. This means that they are in charge of tools, provisions and resources. As an extension of this, they are also in charge of communication and coordination among divisions, and they are in charge of any diplomatic effort with eternal organization, such as the Gotei 13 in Soul Society.
