GALLOWS

The Gallows are perhaps the most feared division inside the Wing Bind, because they only appear when there is an internal problem. The members of this division are chosen after extensive background checks and cannot have any relative or significant others in the Wing Bind to avoid conflicts of interest. This is because the Gallows are the internal police, charged with pursuing those WB officers who break the law, jail them and eventually pass judgement on them.
Gallows need to be temible fighters with not only an extensive knowledge of laws and regulation, but also the spiritual power needed to apprehend anyone who tries resisting.
