CENTRAL 46

The Central 46 is the judiciary authority of the Soul Society, operating under a mandate from the Soul King who also granted this body legislative and operative autorities. Due to its many functions and duties, the Central 46 is divided into 3 main branches:

1. Law, led by a Magistrate and comprised of jurors, senators and advocates who manages the judiciary and legislative duties of the Central 46.
2. Business, led by a Chief Executive and comprised of aldermen, investors and financiers , who manages the districts representation, the administration and is involved in the creation and maintainance of businesses.
3. Military, led by a Commissioner and comprised of field agents, chipers and strategists who act as a military body personal to the Central 46 to use in case of emergency and who also manages logistcs and intelligence in an indipentent way from the Gotei 13.

Soul Reapers are able to join the Central 46 after attending two years of studies at the Wing Bind Advanced Diplomacy course. Starting initially as simple clerks (administrative staff), they later can choose which of the three branches to join.
